- AP support – queries from suppliers and employees via emails and calls,
- Providing high level customer service to internal and external stakeholders,
- Secures high quality and professional day to day accounting service within agreed SLA,
- Building good relations, effective communication with clients and colleagues,
- Performs daily accounting transactions in P2P processes,
- Participates in month end closing process,
- Identify potential process improvements,
- Preparation of payment proposals,
- payments execution,
- process travel and expenses claims,
- preparation of account reconciliation,
- Purchase order processing,
- MDM maintenance.
- Good knowledge of French and English
- Knowledge of Italian, German or Spanish would be an asset,
- Good knowledge of accounting rules will be an advantage,
- University degree
- Analytical skills,
- Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities,
- Good problem solving skills and cooperation attitude.
