Application Software Engineer
Work Location: Zielona Góra
Description
We provide solutions for a leading producer of Voyage Data Recorders installed on the ships which cruise across the globe. You will be working with products that are based on an application-specific design to ensure extremely high reliability. For instance:
- remote access solution between ship and shore which allows extremely easy and efficient data transfer without being limited by satellite capacity onboard vessels
- application to monitor and record the data from devices onboard (navigation systems, sensors throughout the ship)

Responsibilities:
- Design and development of application level software on Linux platforms used in a variety of products used in Maritime industry
- Supervision and implementation of developed software concepts
- Planning, implementation, integration, and testing of the developed software
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in C/C++
- Experience programming in JavaScript, PHP
- Experience in Qt
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery
- Good knowledge of Linux
- Application level development experience
- Good English knowledge
