Główne zadania na tym stanowisku pracy to:
Przygotowywanie ogłoszeń w języku niemieckim;
Selekcja nadchodzących aplikacji;
Aktywne wyszukiwanie kandydatów w bazie danych i innych dostępnych źródłach;
Preselekcja kandydatów w rozmowie telefonicznej;
Budowanie długotrwałych relacji z kandydatami;
Analiza rynku pracy pod kątem dostępności profili;
Pomoc w tworzeniu i udoskonalaniu narzędzi rekrutacyjnych.
Wymagania wobec Kandydata:
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego;
Dobra organizacja pracy;
Umiejętność zarządzania czasem;
Rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne;
Motywacja do pracy i umiejętność pracy w zespole;
Kreatywność;
Odporność na stres.
