Business Analyst in Reporting and Analytics Services Team

The role:

As a part of the Reporting and Analytics Services team, you will support UBS Investment Bank's Securities business in its core Client objectives by helping to design & produce comprehensive metrics and analysis.
In this role, you will analyze the feedback from clients on the firm's performance, as well as, solve queries and concerns around Broker Reviews.

The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and interpreting large amounts of client Broker Review feedback data
• Liaising with senior management in Distribution & Research
• Entering data accurately into UBS client relationship management tools
• Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for senior management
• Ensuring all procedural documentation is maintained up-to-date
• Process innovation & automation

Requirements:

• Bachelors' degree in Finance, Economics or Math preferred
• Experience in data management & reporting environments
• Very good written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
• Ability to consistently deliver high quality service with insight to innovate & drive improvement
• Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize own workload

Additional assets:

• Working knowledge of Business Object XI
• Knowledge of VBA
• Proficiency with MS Access
