Your new company

On behalf of our Client, a global international company located in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Business Analyst.

Your new role

In this position you will be designing end to end business processes for new products and product upgrades as well as developing a detailed understanding of the models and methods for deploying these products. You will work closely with product teams to interview, research, analyse and derive process requirements. The person in this position will also facilitate process approval session and process briefings with key stakeholders as well as ensure the successful implementation and deployment of different changes to the processes and systems.

What you'll need to succeed

To be a successful candidate you will need experience in business processes or system analysis. You will need excellent communication and analytical skills as well as ability to understand and interact with technically- oriented staff. You should also be able to think creatively and contribute to strategic decisions. The relevant qualifications (like Six Sigma) as well as understanding of the end to end processes and appreciation of technical fulfilment would be a plus. Fluency in English is a must.
