REQUIREMENTS:
- You have sound professional experience in the areas of data analysis, business intelligence and reporting
- You are proficient MS Power BI user
- You have the experience to visualise complex key figures and KPIs in reports and dashboards in a target-oriented way
- You are a professional at making complex issues understandable to different stakeholders
- You distinguish yourself through your analytical and independent way of working
- You are a deadline-oriented person who can be trusted to complete tasks and projects at the agreed times
- You have experience in dealing with business stakeholders and your good knowledge of Polish and English round off your profile (C1 level)
- MS SQL experience and knowledge about the basic processes and goals in the call centre will be an advantage

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting: You create, maintain and improve reports with Microsoft reporting technologies and on the basis of SQL databases and Power BI datasets for all departments of the company
- KPI development: Based on the requirements of the operational units, you develop key figures and KPIs
- Data Integration: You support the integration of new data sources with your knowledge of internal processes, data and key figures
- Data Quality Monitoring: You identify weaknesses in the data collection of our processes, develop and implement suggestions for improvement
- Analysis: You analyse complex issues in order to use the insights gained as a basis for management decisions and thus provide good services to the operational units as an internal consultant with your knowledge of internal processes and data.
