Your new company
This global company’s shared service centre located in Katowice is a rapidly growing organisation with stable employment conditions. Due to development of finance department a new role of Cash Collection Specialist has been created.

Your new role
The role will involve contacting the customers worldwide by email and by phone regarding the overdue accounts, identifying the reason and analysing the overdue receivables. As a Cash Collection Specialist you will be responsible for timely cash collection, analysing customers’ accounts, evaluating the credit history, preparing and following up letters of collection, regularly reflecting the status of cash collection. You will be required to deliver a consistent and professional level of service and maintaining good customer relations.

What you'll need to succeed
Your advanced knowledge of English (min. C1) will lead you to your success. Experience in international cash collection or customer service will also be useful. You're proactive, you have pro-customer attitude and have good analytical skills.
