We are looking for you:
- If you have experience in managing software engineering teams,
- If you have experience with work in an agile environment,
- If you understand "devops" as culture not as a role,
- If you are direct but careful with feedback, both given and received,
- If you have excellent communication skills, advanced level of English (C1 or above).

- Experience in one or more of the following programming languages: C#, Javascript and typescript, Java.
