On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized BPO Company in Gdynia, we are currently looking for Candidates, who will hold the position of Client Liaison Advisor with Russian.
The successful Candidate will work in conjunction with the Client Service Manager to contribute and to establish and manage specific client relationships (key communications and interactions), ensure relevant SLAs and other targets are being met (for specific clients) as well as control risks (for specific clients) associated with volume throughput (to the “end to end” process). What is more he will be responsible for engaging with specific clients and on behalf of colleagues resolving any outstanding issues around e.g. due diligence, outstanding documentation, volume forecasts and so on. His duties will also include working alongside Client Service colleagues to build and maintain positive relationships with specific clients.
To be successful on this position such skills are required like: good relationship building, client account management or client liaison skills, well-developed communication skills, good organisational skills, understanding of working effectively and delivering across different cultures. Experience in working with Compliance, Financial Crime or AML teams as well as an understanding of KYC, AML and due diligence operating models would be an asset. Fluent English and Russian is a must.
