Responsibilities
The Cloud Systems Administrator will work with the Director, Enterprise Financial Systems to proactively maintain and enhance our Sf.com Service Cloud environment with the goal of making it KLD’s Finance, Revenue Services Service tracking and management system. In addition, the Salesforce.com and Legacy Systems Administrator will proactively administer (user administration ad SOX Compliance) all other KLD’s cloud systems, including, Concur, Oracle Cloud ERP, Dynamcis AX, SalesForce.com and others.
Working on the position you will provide tier 1 end user support for KLD’s legacy applications (in accordance with internal controls guidelines), train users as needed for current and new systems, perform duties according to established SLA, ensure that systems requests are worked on in accordance with the priority established by leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or preferably both.
- A few years of professional IT experience, specifically in systems/business analysis and financial systems.
- Experience implementing and providing post-production support for SF.com and other CRM and /or ERP solutions
- Strong analytical skills, specifically, the ability to translate business requirements to technical and functional specifications.
- Ability to perform diagnostics, identify problems and provide resolutions
- Experience working with collaboration tools such as SharePoint
