Club Controler

The responsibilities of the Club Controller include:

Supporting Club Managers in day-to-day activities to ensure that all accounting functions are being performed in the most effective and efficient fashion, in compliance with the company policy and statutory regulations:

• Inventory /stock control
• Petty cash reconciliation
• Assisting in the month end closing
• Daily banking analysis and reconciliations including identification and correction of any possible errors.
• Employment cost control.
• Ensuring that all daily/weekly/monthly activities have been actioned/completed by Club Managers.
• Supporting new Club Managers of the new club opening stage including training, guidance and accounting assistance in daily activities.
• Providing administrative support at the opening of a  new club (ensuring that new account is set up, communication with credit card transactions operator to update existing agreements and/or making new arrangements as necessary, registering cash register in the tax office, etc).
• Tracking and control of agreements with corporate clients.
• From time to time visiting all club locations to perform internal audit and assist in resolution of issues.
• Other accounting duties requested by the Finance Manager / Chief Accountant.

Skills and Requirements:

• High education
• At least 1 year experience in accounting area on independent position
• Knowledge of stock/inventory settlements
• Good knowledge of excel
• Proven leadership skills through experience
• Good English
• Flexible, strong personality, open and positive approach, self-confident, determined, aimed at results
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in multicultural busy environment
• Ability to deliver accurate results in timely manner.
