- Deliver a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLA’s
- Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to O2C processes with special attention to Collection function
- Make decisions on process issues / queries and sensitive individual cases
- Plan operational tasks, time frame, procedures, staffing requirements and allocation of resources
- Ensure that:
o Process is controlled according to the agreement with the client
o Operating procedures are maintained, understood and followed by staff
- Reporting
- Manage performance of Team Leaders and operational staff
- Make sure that cross-training sessions are conducted between the teams
- Continually strive to simplify and standardize O2C processes
- Continually consider improvement opportunities and encourages teams to come up with ideas
- Focuse on good business relationships
- Actively support scope extensions project and transformation
- Secure that agreed deliverables and milestones are met

Before you start our induction training we will check if you have:
- At least 3 years of work experience on similar position
- Minimum 2 year of experience in people management
- High level customer service skills
- In depth knowledge of functional systems processes and procedures related to accounts receivable
- Fluent knowledge of English language both written and spoken is essential
- MS Office good skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under the time pressure and with deadlines
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to work in multinational environment
