- Supporting Polpharma Biologics long-term communication and media strategy and implementing it at the affiliate level;
- Contributing to the development of the company communication strategy at the affiliate level;
- Developing and managing dynamic content of website and social media, produce publications, newsletters;
- Being an active member of company’s crisis management team: implement policies, prevention, risk mitigation, risk response;
- Interacting with media;
- Running PR activities in support of projects;
- Active member of the CSR team for the company;
- Creating and distributing press materials;
- Handling press and media inquiries in cooperation with the Leadership Team;
- Handling internal communication of Polpharma Biologics Warsaw;
- Managing intranet;
- Creating internal communication content, informational campaigns;
- Creating effective internal communication in coordination with other functions;
- Support in organizing company events, meetings, creating materials and in charge of branding.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in communication (in-house or agency);
- University degree;
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- A creative mind and in addition you have an experience working with Adobe Photoshop;
- Organizational skills and experience in organizing internal events;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;
- Interpersonal skills and a passion to work with people
