We are currently looking a candidate to role
Continuous Improvement Manager
Place of work: Kleszczów
Main duties:
- Analysis and optimization of production processes in terms of quality, efficiency, cost reduction and loss elimination
- Compliance with safety rules
- Active participation in the creation and implementation of the global strategy of the continuous improvement program
- Active support of the management of individual departments in identifying areas for improvement and implementation of continuous improvement activities
- Coordination of cost savings projects in the factory
Main requirements:
- 5 years experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and designing remediation plans to address productivity and efficiency issues, plus track record of following through to ensure closure
- At least 3 years experience in managing people
- Master or Engineer's degree education level required- Production Management; Project Management specialization – or related
- Ability to work with and influence indirectly others in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, project and product management skills
- Fluent in English – mandatory (both oral and written)
