The Company, which now establishes its Polish subsidiary and recruits the Polish Country Manager, is the European market leader in providing dehumidification technology and products for water damage, moisture, odours and radon since 1985.
The Company’s products are developed and manufactured in Sweden. Export accounts for more than 70% of the Company turnover. A large part of the turnover in Poland is expected to be generated from renting of equipment.
With the opening of the Company’s Polish subsidiary in the Katowice area, we are now looking for an independent and trustworthy Country Manager.
The Country Manager will be responsible for developing business relationships with existing customers and attract new ones. After training, the Country Manager shall also be able to give advice to the Company’s Polish customers in all matters related to the removal of the effects of flooding.
In close cooperation with our team at the German office and in the Swedish headquarter, the Country Manager will solve technical problems and develop solutions for customers on the Polish market.

Preliminary criteria for the candidate include:
Experience
- 5-15 years of professional management experience
- Potential candidates should have experience of working as Managing Director or Sales/Marketing manager within the construction sector, preferably machinery & equipment rentals
- Experience from previous work with Western companies
- Proven ability of successful business development from zero
- Strong contact net in the dehumidification technology sector is an asset
Education
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering

- MS Office literacy (Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook)
