Due to the rapid development we are recruiting to a new department within the organization’s structure, for the position Customer Service and Sales Specialist with Romanian language
Ideal Candidate
- Fluency in Romanian language;
- Experience in sales or customer service will be an advantage (call center/contact center);
- High communication and interpersonal skills;
- Independence, ability to solve problems;
- Assigned responsibility for actions;
- Motivation and commitment;
- Enthusiasm, good attitude and sense of humor.
Job description
- Contact with clients from the Romanian market and active sales of products;
- Promoting products;
- Taking care of relationship with customers;
- Shaping a good image of the company;
- Act as an advisory in terms of matching products to individual needs;
- Administration and operation of the internal system.
