Customer Service Assistant
Location: SADY
Main fields of responsibility:
- Day-to-day customer service support
- Coordination of sales orders with logistics and warehouse
- Answering incoming calls
- Running the routines in AX sales order system
Qualifications required:
- Knowledge/education and training:
- Bachelor degree in Administration or Marketing and Management or other relevant degree; last year students are welcomed
Experience/skills:
- Experience from similar position
- Fluent in German and English (reading, speaking, writing).
- Customer and Service minded
- Efficient, accurate
- Systematic and focused approach
- Good customer understanding
- Very experienced with Excel
Competences required:
- Understanding people from other cultures
- Able to work focused under pressure
- Can work independently and structured
- Good communication skills
