Zakres obowiązków:
Wdrożenie nowego projektu produkcji marki własnej dla klienta zagranicznego
Kompleksowa obsługa klienta (telefoniczna, mailowa lub bezpośrednia), np. odpowiadanie na zapytania klientów, rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów związanych z produktem/produkcją
Obsługa bieżących zamówień marek własnych
Współpraca z innymi działami w celu udzielenia klientowi wymaganego wsparcia
Monitorowanie poziomu satysfakcji klientów
Wymagania:
Język angielski zaawansowany w mowie i piśmie (codzienna współpraca z klientem z Wielkiej Brytanii)
Zarządzanie projektami (monitorowanie i raportowanie)
Umiejętności miękkie w komunikacji z osobami na różnych poziomach w firmie
