Currently for our Client, we are looking for Candidates for a position of Customer Service Specialist with languages
Duties and responsibilities:
- Handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to: hardware, software and network
- creating and maintaining positive relations with clients;
- updating files and databases;
- supporting other team members in everyday activities.
Our requirements:
- Fluency in English and one of the other European languages: Dutch/Swedish/Portugees/German;
- experience in the customer service area would be an asset;
- very good verbal and written communication skills;
- willingness to work in the fast-changing environment.
