Scope of responsibilities
The mission will focus on daily support and cooperation with the Hotel General Manager within entire operational area, in order to meet our guests’ satisfaction, achieve economical and quality objectives, build strong and motivated team of hospitality professional and take care of their individual development.
Skills
- Minimum 5 years working experience preferably at 5 star international chain hotel at the similar position
- Rich experience in all aspects of operations (F&B,KC,FO,HK)
- Ability to lead, train, coach, motivate and develop the team members on a daily basis and in long-term perspective
- Knowledge of the market place and Sofitel standards would be an advantage
- Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
- Initiative and decision-maker, able to operate with a high level of autonomy
- Passionate about delivering a great customer experience
- Strong organization, operational skills and oral and written communications skills
- Driven to constantly improve your performance
- Must perform well under stress and be adaptable to changing work environments
- Fluency in English is required
