is currently looking for candidates for a post of:
Key tasks:
- Oversee the activities of the operational departments, and provide leadership and motivation necessary to achieve desired results of guest satisfaction & profitability
- Manage the operations of the hotel in order to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guests service and product quality
- Anticipate and address guest issues and establish proactive processes to promote guests satisfaction
- Manage the hotel operations on a daily basis in accordance with the required standards, be responsible for the quality of services and implement the projects connected with the brand
- Anticipate and prevent risks, report variances against the budget and track labor costs and related expenses
- Lead, encourage and manage the team of hotel employees, provides career development and training for staff team members, conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- Ensure the highest level of customer service are delivered consistently in all areas
- Ensure that all relevant legislation and company procedures are implemented and adhered to in every area of operation and administration
- Be an inspiration and example to all hotel staff to achieve superior levels of performance
- Report directly to the General Manager
Essential and optional requirements:
- University degree ( preferably in management, hotel and/or tourism industry faculty)
- At minimum 3 – year experience in hotel management
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge and experience in hotel finance management
- Broad orientation and experience in the area of Revenue Management
- Capability to conduct business talks and negotiations
- Capability to create a strong, motivated and committed team of employees
- Aptitude for communication and building interpersonal relationships
- Excellent self - and teamwork organization
- Consequence in acting and pursuit of achieving the set targets
- Innovatory, efficiency and self – reliance in operating
