For our Client, a fast growing company from automotive industry located in Croatia, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced talent to join its team of professionals as a Design Team Leader (TPE and EPDM extrusion).

The person in this role will be in charge of leading the team of 4-5 people being responsible for design of dynamic or static seal from EPDM or TPE and proposing new design solutions. What is more, his/her scope of duties will include participation in tests and introduction of new products, tools and devices. It will be also essential to prepare process RFQ and presentation of design to the customer project as well as the documentation with the accordance to client’s requirements.

To be successful in this role you should have at least 5 years of experience on a similar position (preferably in automotive industry) and expertise in static and dynamic seal design from TPE and EPDM extrusion. A perfect candidate would hold a university degree in the technical fields and possess strong command of English both in oral and written communication and advanced computer literacy skills. Along with the usual professional competence like knowledge of design in CATIA, candidates should have good presentational and communication skills, and be open to work in a dynamic work environment and team.
