What you will be doing:
- Resolving incidents and service requests from the users
- Be involved in software releases, IT and business projects and hardware upgrades
- Improve monitoring for our applications, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate repeating tasks and provide business with tools to do their job more efficiently
You'll join a Team of professionals with various backgrounds that know the business as well as the technology, who are responsible, helpful and supportive of each others. The role is based in Gdańsk.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Eager to learn and apply your technical skills in the business area
- Great at problem solving, resourceful and creative
- Have excellent communication skills and are able to cooperate with a wide range of stakeholders in business and IT
Your experience and background:
- Scripting or programming experience (bash, powershell, python etc)
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM
- Basic knowledge of unix-based and Windows operating systems
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL)
- Experience with CI/CD tools
