About the job In the Packaging Master Data Team we secure the data foundation for transparency/traceability on our packaging data. So our business can work, with correct data for more sustainability packaging solutions for our products to complying to Arla’s environmental strategy.
Packaging Master Data Team is a part of the Packaging Optimization Team in Procurement. Here you will work with collect data and specifications from third part manufactures, securing data compliance towards specific countries requirement according to EPR (Executive Producer Responsibilities).
Packaging Master Data Team is a part of the Packaging Optimization Team in Procurement. Here you will work with collect data and specifications from third part manufactures, securing data compliance towards specific countries requirement according to EPR (Executive Producer Responsibilities).
Specifically, you will/be:
- Responsible for collection of packaging data, in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensures data conformity with Arla environmental strategy for packaging, to secure correct EPR reporting.
- Ensures packaging specifications are kept up to date and managed when changes are implemented.
- Secure data governance and maintenance of data from third party manufacturers.
- Develop system that are reportingable and align with already existing Power Bi reporting tools for packaging.
Who are you?
You know how to combine operational data work with IT driven data system with wide support to our business. Being open towards process improvements along with rational approach and proper fact analysis is an attitude we would value.
Furthermore, you have:
- Relevant education in Material technology, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology and Kemi or similar,
- 2-3 years of working experience within packaging in FMCG.
- Background as packaging responsible e.g. inside the food industry.
- Packaging material knowledge
- MS Office knowledge, incl. Excel and Power point.
As we work in an international setup – English fluency is a must.
