Besides providing and steering the respective services the goal is to also harmonize, standardize and continuously improve the efficiency and efficacy of processes. Requirements:
  • Min. 1 year of relevant professional experience (content catalogue management, e-commerce, supply relationship management)
  • Very good English in speech and writing
  • Communicative German (min. B1) in speech and writing
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining catalogues in the system
  • Check for correct content (eClass assignment, picture formats, keywords for search function, article descriptions)
  • Testing, adding, changing and deleting to catalogue content
  • Maintaining catalogue views
  • Providing ad-hoc and regular reports
  • Managing the maintenance and updates to system with the catalogue data
  • Working with suppliers to ensure catalog content is compliant with format requirements
  • Intermediation between supplier and client as and when required
  • Organize regular calls with the catalogue stakeholders
  • Identify optimization potentials based on analysis of buying channels
  • Identify and communicate preferred buying channels to stakeholders
  • Support Procurement community in regards of buying content and channels
