What's the role?


We are searching for Credit and Collections Manager to lead our credit and collections team and to be responsible for administration of the day to day operations. This role focuses on designing and ensuring compliance with credit and collections processes.

What does the role involve?


The main objective of the role is to supervise and coach the Credit&Collection Team. You will also develop and implement policies and procedures, including training, for standardizing process and improving controls and performance. Being a Credit Collection Manager means negotiating payments plans, setting agreements and coming up with resolutions to increase collections and cash flow. Furthermore, you will not only cooperate with lawyers, external collection agencies and auditors, but also with our SSC located in Germany.

What you need is:

  • Masters Degree in a Finance - related field
  • Multilingual ability (including fluency in English)
  • Experience in Customer Service or Finance is essential
  • Formal experience (minimum 1 year) as a team leader
  • Personality of a leader combined with passion, inspiration, strategic vision and assertiveness
  • Upper-Intermediate level of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in SAP will be an additional asset
