• Manage a portfolio of projects from finance perspective (revenue, costs, invoicing)
• Monthly closing and analysis of financial results
• WIP-BIA reconciliation
• Bookings and rebooking’s of hours
• Bill rates update and revenue recalculation
• Prepare of reports
• Resolve complex ad hoc queries and handling sensitive individual cases
• Maintain permanent contact with Engagement Managers and Portfolio Leads
• Make decisions within broadly defined parameters
• Maintain a proactive working attitude towards the client

Before you start our induction training we will check if you:
- have very good Customer Service skills and Client focus attitude
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- have strong time & task management
- have good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- have ability to work under pressure and to stick to deadlines
- are well organized and able to prioritize tasks
- have very good knowledge of English (B2) & German (B2) languages
- have good knowledge of MS Office
- have work experience in Controlling, O2C or Accounts Receivable area will be an asset
- have experience with Oracle/GFS (will be an asset)
