Development of new features and components for Bank's core investment platform
Participation in the estimation and planning process(requires continuous study of the business domain for effective collaboration with customer)
Participation in requirement analysis
Mentorship and supervision of less senior developers
Communication with customer on business requirements, technical solutions etc.
- 4+ years of experience
- Argumentative decision making in solving complex problems
- Ability to distribute work and control execution by junior/middle developers
- Strong Core Java experience
- Strong knowledge of the OOP/OOD principles
- Strong multithreading experience
- Experience in creation of real-time highly loaded system development
- Experience with usual development tools (GIT, Idea etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Upper Intermediate English
- Experience in Investment Banking is a plus
- Experience with ION trading platform is a big plus
In this role you will deal with a stream of products and projects for one of world famous investment bank. You will be working on the systems that form a core strategic platform for Fixed Income sales. The development team is distributed between Kiev, Krakow, Singapore and UK. Successful candidate will want to work as part of a global team, and understand the business and flows involved as well as just the technology.
