Responsibilites
- Work with business analysts to understand, define and document logical data models.
- Design and develop database solutions using Oracle RDBMS technologies (SQL and PL\SQL)
- Designing the data flow between upstream systems and risk reporting engines, including ETL
- Define, prepare and implements data validation and unit testing to ensure data quality.
- Implement bug fixes when required
- Enforce standards and best practices
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Proven track record in in designing and implementing ETL processes
- Proven track record in data modelling, delivering Oracle based solutions - SQL queries, PL/SQL code (preferably Oracle 11g)
Nice to have:
- Experience in designing and implementing data staging processes in an enterprise
- environment, ideally using IBM DataStage or similar products (e.g. Informatica or ODI)
- Experience in creating robust BI solutions using OBIEE
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Git, TeamCity
- Understanding of Agile SDLC, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing
- Experience in Capital Markets domain

The project goal is to develop a complex ETL+DWH+BI system which should allow business stakeholders to trace their main KPIs as well as comply with external regulation requirements. Team should figure out the best data models and message formats using industry standards. New solution will be feed by tens of existing upstream systems. Leveraging ESB-like technology it should gather and be able to present the data as close to real-time as possible.
