Our Client international IT company is looking for European Facilities Manager as a new position in Poland. As the European Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the management of all real-estate and facilities services throughout the European region (22 European Offices).
You will be responsible for management of all European office property and facilities staff and oversee all European real estate transactions. Plan, direct, and manage all facility-related activities within all leased space across Europe. Manage all vendor and supplier relationships and bids i.e. maintenance, catering, security guards, cleaning etc. Work with the Facilities Project Manager on moves, relocations, fit-outs and other ad hoc projects. Oversee all facilities maintenance works throughout Europe, HVAC, planned & reactive maintenance works etc. Develop business relationships with all third party contractors and consultants.
We are looking for multi-site facilities management experience within Europe. At least 5 years’ experience in the core business aspects of Facilities Management (financial, operational, relational, contractual) and experience in managing properties within a large multinational organization. It is essential to have high standard of written and oral communication in English and very strong people management skills.
