Our Client one of the largest producers of wooden moldings in the Northern Europe is going to establish a new factory in the area of Choszczno (West Pomeranian). The new facility will produce finger-jointed components and wooden moldings mainly for the Nordic markets.
To start up the manufacturing operations in Poland the company is now looking for Factory Manager to be responsible for establishing the company in Poland together with local partners. Other main responsibilities will be to organize and supervise the process of setting up production and warehousing.
- Searching for suppliers of raw materials, packaging and transportation
- Establishing organizational infrastructure of the new company, responsible for hiring new personal and team building
- Implementing and developing business processes and strategy of the new company together with other group companies in Sweden and Estonia
- Establishing the needed procedures and being responsible for all activities of the company including production, quality management, export and import issues, logistics as well as finance and HR processes
- Acting as a representative in Poland

- Previous experience and good understanding of company management and production
- About 5 years of experience in wood processing or/and in other technical manufacturing process management
- Very good problem solving, communication and cooperation skills

- Good English or/and German language skills
