Our Client is an international company from real estate/construction industry. We are looking for Candidate to take the position of Finance & Accounting Manager.
- Prepare and monitor business planning and budgeting for Poland
- Coordinate cash management activity to ensure timely disbursement of obligation and collection of receivables, as well as compliance with the relevant recording regulation
- Provide reports and statements for the management
- Provide control procedures to ensure the accuracy of data reported to external and internal management
- Provide financial analysis, forecasts, interpretation of variances from budget, standards and advice to management
- Evaluate financial key performance indicators
- Maintaining general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries in respect of: 1) Invoicing for rent to tenants, 2) Fix assets ledger, depreciation, 3) Booking of supplier invoices, 4) e-invoicing of utility costs
- Monthly VAT declarations
- Year CIT calculation incl. deferred tax
- Cooperation with external auditor
- Prepare audit responses and answer audit questions
- Review monthly financial statements and analyze variances
- Liaise with third parties to ensure the timely delivery of the financial statements
- Supervising team of up to 3 accountants based in Katowice, function as a lead accountant to provide guidance and assistance to other team members
- Secure sufficient finance for company’s project in Poland - negotiations with banks, obtaining terms sheet, negotiating loan agreements, etc. -
- Establish entities
- Support during M&A, in particular organize / coordinate and be responsible for the legal DD
- Implementation of new SW
- years of experience in similar role in property or construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Knowledge of tax regulations, standards of Polish and international accounting and controlling
- Process orientation and organized approach to management is a must
- Systems implementation experience will be an asset
- Fluent English and native Polish language
