Finance & Accounting Process Lead - Transfer Pricing

• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing Standard (ASC606)
• 1 - 3 years previous tax accounting experience and tax accounting knowledge a plus
• Fluency in English
• Expert understanding of accounting principles and general ledger functionality
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
• Proactive, "Get It Done" attitude with a focus on results
• Advanced Excel skills
• Sense of urgency, good task and time management
• Creative mindset, flexibility
• Detail oriented while able to see the bigger picture
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid written and verbal communication skills

 

• Collect and compile data for determining intercompany pricing
• Perform detailed calculations and analysis
• Set up of segmented P&L per entity, maintain segmented P&L’s and periodic report on outcome TP activities via review of segmented P&L versus benchmarks
• Maintain models for TP price settings based on segmented P&L’s including maintenance of to be used rates
• Calculate TP prices on request for new products and for new supplier/distributor combinations and periodical update of the TP prices based on recent segmented P&L analysis causing update of TP, after Buyer approval to do so based on deviation of benchmark
• Supplier transfer pricing/ intercompany accounting support (e.g. business units on new supply chains) including updating and maintaining tables in system
