We are looking for candidates experienced in P2P, especially in helpdesk area, who will join the P2P team. This person will be responsible for managing contact with vendors and procurement.
- Resolve and reply to procurement and payment related queries
- Managing vendor clearing
- Investigating and reverse non-successful payments
- GR/IR accounts review and reconciliation
- Handling vendor and internal invoice queries
- Supporting and reporting invoice resolution
- Reviewing payment proposal
- Build and maintain good working relationship
- Driving process improvements within assigned scope
The team is responsible for resolution of vendor and business queries in a timely manner, reviewing payment proposal, blocking and releasing invoices for payment on business request and cooperation with Credit & Collection team.
Before you start our induction training we will check if you have:
- experience in P2P
- French B2/ C1
- very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- teamwork approach
- flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- ability to work under pressure
- good analytical skills
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
