Finance and Accounting Process Junior Specialist with Swedish

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

                                                    

What do you need to start?

• Fluent knowledge of English (B2/C1) and Swedish (min. C1)
• Readiness to start an international carrier
• Ability to manage time and prioritizes, work under pressure
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good analytical skills and excellent communication skills

We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.
 

What duties will help you grow as an expert?

• Performing collection actions such as calls and emails – calls are mandatory to be performed and are main way of contact
• Responding to customer queries (emails/calls)
• Disputes monitoring/follow ups
• Participating in calls with finance department: reviewing of debtor situation and escalations, preparing files for the calls
• Working on cash collection tool as well as financial ERP of our client: updating account status records and collection efforts

You will start your career from the onboarding plan where you’ll grab the basics. When you gain enough experience, you can get promoted or change your role internally choosing from various job positions in areas such as finance, project management, customer care, IT and much more.
