Job description:
- Building the principles of shared services around finance, controlling, reporting, service management
- Coordination of process optimization
- Adapting existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to problem solving
- Understanding the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
- Using considerable judgment to determine solution and seeking guidance on complex problems
- Managing small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a Client or within Accenture
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of consulting (preferred), audit or overall industry experience
- Experience in finance transformation projects across all or any of the phases (Assess, Design, Build and Deploy)
- Experience in large projects on setting up of a shared services center (business case development, clear articulation of strategy, operating model design, process design, build and implementation of service management, transition strategy and support)
- Experience in projects implementation of enabling technologies (ERP applications SAP/ reporting tools, workflow applications etc.) including functional design and program management
- Test and Deploy skills, preferably involving implementation of enabling technology and tools (e.g. workflow or document management systems)
- Business requirements gathering and translating into technical solutions
- Consulting and project delivery experience – preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple projects
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
