Finance Manager / Finance Leader

For our Client, a manufacturing company located in Częstochowa, we are looking for Candidates willing to work as a Finance Manager.  

Working on this position, the Candidate will need to carry out the analysis of revenues and profits, financial risks, products, customers, markets and cost structure. What is more, responsibilities will also include participation in the preparation and analysis of the annual budget and periodic budgets, internal and external reporting and compliance, as well as support in making everyday business decisions and in creation and realization of the location business strategy and the business plan. Furthermore, the Candidate will be held responsible for continuous search of areas for improvement in order to increase the profitability and the business system support by ensuring appropriate business system knowledge and competency within the finance team, as well as facilitating of implementation of new systems and technology changes. The Candidate will also need to supervise and manage the financial team.

We are looking for Candidates having university degree in areas of economy, finance or accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience (production industry will be an asset) with direct supervision of the team. What is more, advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and very good command of English is required. The Candidate should be characterized by independence, high analytical skills and openness to periodic business trips.
