Financial Controlling Analyst
Location: Częstochowa
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Corporate Controlling – Coordination of Domain Reporting (Planning, Forecast, Actual):
- Coordination of Reporting, Forecast and operative Plan process regarding completeness and correctness (data analysis and data reconciliation);
- Support to the Corporate Functions organization in coordination between Domains and Reporting Units;
- Preparation and provision of reports for financial key figures for Corporate Functions;
- Provision of training in relevant planning, forecast and actual reporting processes and tools, incl. training material.
In Detail:
- Master data administration in SAP BW (mapping tables of cost centers and cost accounts);
- Administration and monitoring of monthly data load processes in SAP BW;
- Monthly reconciliation of data in order to improve the data quality in the reporting system (SAP BW);
- Development of new worksheets and reports for different stakeholders (SAP Business Objects Analysis for Office).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge and experience with SAP BW;
- Good knowledge and experience with SAP Business Objects Analysis for Office and SAP Business Explorer Query Designer;
- Good knowledge of controlling and internal cost accounting (SAP CO);
- Good communication skills and readiness to cooperate in a global organization;
- Good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word);
- Fluent in written and spoken business English.
