- O2C or R2R or P2P experience is a must

The main purpose of the role is to help build and develop a long-term, strategic relationship with our New Client by delivering and driving forward high-quality services from the Katowice Service Centre. The role involves managing end to end process effectively (P2P, R2A and C2C services delivered from both centers) on a daily basis, including operations and finance in order to provide the Client with a high quality service.
Manager assigned to this role will closely cooperate with Client managers on high positions and will need to build effective relationships with new Client.
The role will provide an opportunity for creating a new effective and dynamic team.
Main accountabilities:
- Main accounting contact for Client entity Retained Finance to analyse and confirm the books – especially during month end
- Internal coordinator of all streams (AP, AR, and GL) for the Client entity to gather and manage accounting information needed for Retained Finance month end decisions
- Discusses accounting matters with Retained Finance and makes sure that the needed actions are executed in BPO teams
- Plays the major role in indicating risks and unreconciled items to Finance Owners and actively cooperates as the partner to solve issues with Capgemini and Retained Finance
- Defines new opportunities by identification of potential areas where scope of project can be increased, encourages the Client to identify other areas that could have the impact on scope increase
