Formulation Specialist - High Throughput Testing and Automation

Responsibilities:
- Planning of experiments under supervision
- Execution of experiments without supervision
- Store and manage required data according to the internal procedures
- Writing reports according to the internal procedures
- Presentation of experimental data during team and/or department meetings
- Literature search to address challenges or to seek improvements
Requirements:
- Experience with various analytical techniques used in biopharmaceutical R&D. Some light scattering experience required
- Ability to plan and execute experiments without direct supervision and deliver results in required timelines
- Effective communication and good presentation skills to update team members on the project progress
- Well organized with excellent writing skills to deliver progress reports on time
- Strong interest in high throughput testing and automation of processes
- Background in statistical approaches to data treatment, DoE and programming experience desirable
- Fluent English and if from abroad willingness to learn Polish required
- Ability to perform literature search and draw conclusions from it
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the development of the group
- Ability to work independently as well as a strong team player
- Practical knowledge of MS Office
