The Front Office Manager is responsible for giving direction to the entire Front Office, Bell Services, Concierge, and Guest Services departments. The Front Office Manager is responsible for continually focusing on service quality and guests satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years front office management experience, preferably in the luxury setting,
- Excellent knowledge of English,
- A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling,
- Strong oral and written communication skills,
- Ability to train and develop team members,
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative,
- Excellent organizational skills,
- Computer skills (word processing and spreadsheet).
