Your new company

On behalf of our Client, renowned international company, we are urgently seeking Candidates for the position of General Ledger Manager to join the new SSC.

Your new role

Holding the position of Manager and head of staff in GL you will be expected to assure that the staff (around 40 - 50 FTE) is up to standard, highly motivated and satisfied. You will also ensure a service and performance culture in the GL departments. The chosen Candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing functional processes, the delivery of a high quality process performance in accordance with agreed budget as well as implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Your tasks will also include ensuring that major new directives are translated into measurable goals and individual performance expectations as well as identifying new opportunities to improve planning, reporting, budgeting and forecasting services.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need to have a University degree in Business Science, about 5 years of managerial experience in General Ledger (preferably in SSC) and about 8 years of business experience, knowledge of MS Office, SAP and fluent English is required.
