Your new company
For our Client, international company located in Katowice that is implementing finance processes in Europe locations, we are currently looking for Global Business Processes Analyst (Finance Implementations).

Your new role
Holding this position, you will coordinate and support the implementation of standard finance and business processes (with focus on: P2P, O2C, R2R, Fixed Assets and other finance and admin processes) to all centers in Europe. You will support the set-up of a nearshore service center in Katowice that will deliver finance services for the organization. You will support maintenance and development of ERP solutions as well as accounting and finance processes improvements. You will define and document best practice process (including KPI’s and SLA’s) and set-up lifecycle management of these processes and documentation. Also, you will take-over the role of Group Process Owner (GPO) on the Finance Processes from the current GPOs based in Brussels (2 or 3 processes).

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful on this position, you have to have 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance transformation projects and process implementation (consulting, accounting or controlling function with improvement projects). You need to hold Master Degree in Finance/Accounting/Engineering or equivalent. Also, you need to be an expert and have relevant experience with implementation of at least 2 of the following modules: P2P, O2C, R2R, Fixed Assets. Due to international environment you need to have fluent English language skills.
