Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Play a key role in recruitment by participating in all the necessary activities and campaigns, creating job descriptions and job offers, and interviewing candidates
- Cooperate with the recruitment companies and temporary recruitment agencies
- Responsible for the onboarding process and work with new team members to ensure a smooth transition in to the organization
- Engage with leaders and employees on a regular basis to understand the team’s capabilities, strengths and weaknesses
- Introduce the Group policy and coordinate of cyclical HR processes (annual appraisal, talent management, promotions, etc.)
- Comprehensive support for managers in aspects related to employee relations matters
- Implement processes and HR standards within dedicated area of business
- Introduce the business/organizational changes
- Identify of potential improvements in HR organization, processes and tools to increase efficiency, reduce costs and time
- Preparing reports for Bounty Brands Management regarding headcount, FTE, headcount and ongoing improvements initiatives
- Close cooperation with HR Manager Poland Bounty Brands
- Review org structure, identify efficiency opportunities and support implementation

Education & Experience Requirements
- Min 3 years of professional HR experience
- University degree in Human Resources/Psychology or any other related area
- Practical knowledge of Polish labour law
- Fluentcommand of English
- Fluent computer and MS Office software (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in FMCG (ideally in food production)
