You will be part of our HR leadership team at our headquarters in Nuremberg and responsible
for our global HR management processes as well as the analysis and optimization of our HR
data. Through your creative and proactive work, you will actively contribute to
Hemmersbach's great development into one of the fastest growing companies in the world.
- Together with the global HR team, you will further develop our processes, tools and databases and implement new, creative ideas to continuously optimize our HR management
- You advise our management, superiors and specialist departments internationally and optimise our personnel structure in the process
- You are a specialist and first point of contact for HR administration and optimize our global KPIs through close, data-based coordination with countries
- You have several years of experience in international personnel work and make decisions based on sound data analysis and research
- You work independently, have a high level of commitment, enjoy challenging situations and like to go the extra mile when looking for innovative solutions
