For our Client, a multinational automotive production company located in Silesia region, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced talent to join its team of professionals as: HR Manager.

With full responsibility for the HR functions together with HR administration activities, the Candidate will plan and review current procedures and streamline HR strategies, which would enhance the development of the organization. Reporting to the Plant Manager and Group HR Director, the successful Candidate will maintain HR solutions including: talent and performance management, salary and compensation & benefits policy. The Candidate is also expected to identify and implement effective strategies regarding human resources practices which have a possible impact on the efficiency of the divisional operations.

A successful applicant has 7 years of experience in various HR assignments, including minimum 4 years on HR Manager position for multinational automotive production company. Our Client is seeking a skilled professional with excellent working knowledge of HR best practice and compliance as well as proven experience of employee relations. A perfect Candidate has an ability to influence, persuade and build strong relationships with all employees and senior management. HR Manager should have strong knowledge of Polish labour law and payroll administration. Fluent English and University Degree in Management, Law, Sociology, Psychology or HR are required.
