HR Manager

Scope of dutties:
- Play a partner role for the General Manager and management team
- Lead with energy and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including all aspects of employee relations, employee benefits, compensation, practices, training, organizational change and development
- Lead out in front in recruiting, selection and performance management, our Development Dialogue set-up
- Partnering with Management Team, designing the organizational structure, and analyzing organization effectiveness
- Provide advisory in the conceptualization and implementation of future compensation and recognition programs
- Conduct annual Organizational reviews in partnership with the Management team
- Facilitate internal communications including a yearly employee engagement survey (PeopleMatter)
- Bring your own professionalism and expertise to the role to elevate the capabilities of the HR department
Requierements:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial / Labor Relations or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a variety of Human Resource positions, preferably from international companies with production in Poland
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and coach others
- Solid ability to recognize and proactively address challenges, combining business acumen with down-to-earth approach
- Strong oral and written communication skills, both in English and Polish
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
