We are looking for you if:
- You are able to define "what" needs to be done based on real customers’ needs (focusing on values),
- You understand business needs (business analysis),
- You are able to plan and conduct user research,
- You have ability to provide support to internal and external customers in order to meet and understand their needs and expectations,
- You have ability to identify problems, analyze key information and make connections, in order to find appropriate solutions,
- You have ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas, facts and opinions. You can express them fluently both in speaking and writing, supported by appropriate tools.
You'll get extra points for:
- Defining and monitoring UX measurements,
- Evaluating Customers' needs and pains.

As a department, we work on delivering world-class Identity and Access Management services for ING Globally. As a squad, we continually look for improvement of the provided IAMaaS services, for which we work in close collaboration with the other squads, our colleagues in the Netherlands and the rest of the world functioning as a single point of contact for them. As a part of Customer Experience Specialist you will help design our future customer journeys and optimize existing ones based on your passion for an excellent customer experience, your expertise in front-end or back-end processes, your insights into cost efficiency and your skills in automation techniques.
