To land this job you don’t need previous work experience.
We are looking for candidates who:
- have an intermediate command of German language (B1 or higher)
- know English language well enough to navigate web applications
- have a basic experience in computers (Linux would be an additional asset)
- are ready for flexible shift patterns (24/7)
Engagement is dedicated to support L1 infrastructure management tasks in an enterprise scale IT environment.
At the beginning of our cooperation you will be provided with full induction and on-the-job training.
After that your tasks will include:
- monitoring and supervision of IT infrastructure
- handling incidents, alerts and system alarms
- carrying out tasks by strictly following the documents containing the procedures and operations

Our team consists of 15 people working together for a single German client.
