Job description
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and supervision of IT infrastructure
- Responding to incidents, alerts and system alarms following standardized Incident Management process
- Performing changes and tasks according to written procedures
- Performing health checks of applications according to schedule
Shift Pattern: 12 hour shifts providing 24/7 coverage
Position purpose
We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Analyst (French speaker) to join a team providing L1/L2 support within Infrastructure Monitoring Operations Center (IMOC).
Requirements
Essentials:
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Unix/Linux OS
- Good written & verbal English
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Mainframe technologies (AS400)
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP and other network services
- ITIL awareness
